Lesney Products gave permission to Messrs. Jeff Haughton and Mike Spencer to produce a promotional model based on the blue Talbot van to be sold to collectors attending the Crawley International Toy and Train Fair which was held on Saturday 13th June 1981 at the Crawley Leisure Centre, Haslet Avenue, Crawley, Sussex, England. These promotional models were sold direct to collectors at the Toy Fair for £4.50 per model and unsold models were then supplied to collectors who could not attend the Swapmeet at £5.00 per model.

Livery: (Label) - 'CRAWLEY INTERNATIONAL' in black surrounding a blue and black globe, 'TOY AND TRAIN COLLECTORS FAIR 13 JUNE 1981' in black on white background, 'FOLLOW US TO CRAWLEY' in white on the rear doors.

Fakes: Genuine models have a label with bright white background and poorly defined countries, also no space between 13thJune.
Fakes have a blue tinge to the label background, better defined countries and a space between 13th June.
